Will Kejriwal get bail?

The Supreme Court's condition is that Kejriwal will not interfere with government work

The Supreme Court set conditions for granting bail to Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday. The court told the ED that since elections are happening and Kejriwal is the current Chief Minister, they oppose granting him bail.

The Supreme Court said to Kejriwal, 'Elections come only once in five years. We will grant you bail on the condition that you do not perform official duties. We do not want you to interfere in the government. If there were no elections, the question of interim bail would not have arisen.'"

Supreme Court -

1- Justices Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta said -Kejriwal doesn't have a habit of committing offenses

2- This is an unprecedented situation. The Lok Sabha elections are ongoing. He is the elected Chief Minister of Delhi

3- If the elections were not happening, the question of interim bail wouldn't have arisen

4- Elections happen only once in five years

Supreme Court Says -If bail is granted, Kejriwal won't interfere in government work. He won't perform his official duties. If this happens, it will create a clash of interests, and we don't want that.

Arvind Kejriwal - We won't sign any file. The condition is that the LG doesn't stop any work based on the absence of a signature on the file. I won't say anything that would cause harm.

If Arvind Kejriwal gets bail, will it impact the Delhi elections?
