How Interesting journey of 2 Brides -Missing from Train !

The appeal of some films lies in their simplicity and the genuineness of their storytelling. These movies often avoid extravagant settings like Switzerland or grand mansions, and instead focus on creating a clean, neat, and perfect narrative. An example of such a film is "Laapataa Ladies."

Laapataa Ladies" is a prime example of a movie that may be successful without needing grandiose scenery or loud background music. Laapataa Ladies" is endearing and powerful because of its uncomplicated narrative, likable characters, and tasteful simplicity. By highlighting these elements, the movie shows how its straightforward and simple style to filming can make a movie memorable and interesting.

The story is about the early 2000s, in a charming village in rural North India, life is peaceful and follows old traditions and cultural practices. Most of the villagers are farmers and craftsmen, and they live simple but happy lives, deeply connected to their traditions and values

Director Kiran Rao has executed her work flawlessly. No matter how much praise is given, it is not enough for the direction Kiran Rao has done.

This story is about two married women who, because of the Ghoongat, one of the husbands accidentally gets off at the station with the wrong bride on the way to his residence, where the actual picture take off.

The film thoroughly explores the backdrop of rural Indian women's personal lives, dreams, and struggles. The story of the picture and the efforts put in by the director have ensured that the movie flows seamlessly without interruption.

As the story begins, Deepak boards a train with his newly wed bride, name “Phool” (Nitanshi Goel). While they are on their journey, Deepak excuses himself to go to the washroom. During his absence, seats are exchanged due to another passengers on board, and at one of the subsequent stations, another couple is already on board the train. Interestingly, the bride of this couple is also wearing a Ghoongat and a sari that looks almost identical to “Phool”

As night fell and the train reached a station, Deepak, unaware of the seat swap, mistakenly told the other bride it was their stop, and both couples got off, each with their respective groom. Deepak, oblivious to the mix-up, believed he had brought his bride with him

Whether the bride who (Pratibha Ranta), depart with Deepak was aware of the situation or not remains to be seen, and the answer to that question will unfold as you watch the movie.

Upon arriving at the station, Pradeep, the other groom, assumes “Phool” is his bride and requests her to depart. Unaware of anything, Phool follows him, thinking he's Deepak. She doesn't realize until then that they were actually traveling with the incorrect groom. She then realized that she had been following the incorrect person.

The scene depicting Deepak's arrival in his hometown with the wrong bride is quite moving. It offers a glance into the character of the other bride (Pratibha Ranta), as she navigates the small village where women refrain from mentioning their husbands' names and always wear a Ghoongat in front of men.

Phool found herself getting off the train much farther from her intended destination in her husband's village, and it was already night. Her struggle to survive in unfamiliar surroundings is quite compelling. On the other hand, the bride (Pratibha Ranta), who accompanied Deepak has intriguing aspects to her character. Why did she choose to leave with Deepak, and what were her intentions, whether Deepak’s relative accepted her?  Her journey through life unfolds, revealing a fascinating story. Despite being shown briefly, it's like a glimpse in the blink of an eye, leaving a remarkable impact .

In the picture, Pratibha Rant, Nitanshi Goal, and Sparsh Srivastava all bring their characters to life. Chaya Kadam has as usual played ultimate character of shop owner of the station. Even the role of Chotu, portrayed by Satendra Soni, has been executed fantastically, adding to the purposefulness of every character in the film.

Sr Actor Ravi Kishan is indeed a versatile actor known for his ability to portray a wide range of characters with finesse. His portrayal of an inspector must have brought a different dimension to his repertoire. It's always impressive when actors can seamlessly transition between serious and comedic roles, showcasing their versatility.

It's interesting to see the movie about Phool Kumari and another bride who unintentionally leave with Deepak. I hope the narrative is told clearly on screen because it's a fascinating one and want to know if they both survived.

Kiran Rao has devoted her full effort as the "Captain of the Ship," navigating the beautiful journey of two missing ladies portrayed as "Laaptaa Ladies…  Watchful…Amazing Movie
